About Our Broker Glenn C. Sorensen

Mr. Glenn C Sorensen first entered the Real Estate profession in 1980. He worked part time for Century 21 - Frank A. Quartararo while attending Bernard Baruch College full time as well as working at another part time job. While working for Century 21, he joined the Bay Ridge Real Estate Board. In 1984, Mr. Sorensen graduated from Bernard Baruch College with a BBA degree in Business Management. At the age of 23 Mr. Sorensen earned his Real Estate Broker’s License and decided to open his own Real Estate Office. That office being Sorensen’s Parkview Terrace Real Estate. He joined the Bay Ridge Bensonhurst Multiple Listing Service in 1987.

In 1990, Mr. Sorensen expanded his business services by expanding into building management. He formed and started North East Building Management. Currently he oversees the management of over 25 residential and commercial buildings.

Served as chairperson of the Property and Management Committee at Trinity Lutheran Church on 46th Street and 4th Avenue

Served on the Advisory Board of Trinity Lutheran Church – Meals on wheels senior committee

Served for many years on the Board of Directors of the Bay Ridge Bensonhurst Multiple Listing Service.

Served for two terms as Vice President of the Bay Ridge Bensonhurst Multiple Listing Service.

Served for more than sixteen years to present as board of directors for Sunset Park Redevelopment Committee Inc.

Served as advisory committee member and fundraiser to helped form Cub Scout Pack 11 in Staten Island from 2001 to 2007

Currently serving as Assistant Scout Master for troop 80 in Staten Island.
